The Benefit Membership must be presented at the time of service in order for discounts to be applied.

Each member registered in the family mode must present his/her ID when using it if he/she is of legal age. For minors, a responsible adult must present the corresponding identification. A person of legal age is considered to be 18 years old or older.

The staff in charge of Binational Club reserves the right to modify the benefits and terms of membership, informing members at least 2 weeks in advance.

Members can enjoy benefits on general medical consultations, specialists, wellness procedures, dental evaluations, and laboratory and imaging studies. They also receive a welcome kit and priority appointment scheduling.
Registration can be done at the Outpatient Clinic or at the Care Module. You only need to fill out an application form, present an official ID, make the corresponding payment and have your photo taken for membership. Our staff will be available to help you throughout the process.
The welcome kit is provided upon completion of the registration process. This kit includes your membership, an informative brochure about membership benefits and details, and some additional surprises as a token of our appreciation.
Membership is not transferable to others and, due to the associated benefits and discounts, is non-refundable. However, if you have any special concerns, we recommend that you speak to our customer service team to discuss possible solutions.
Membership is activated immediately upon completion of the registration and payment process. From that moment on, you can start using the benefits and discounts.
